Communicate order statuses, check delivery schedules, and analyze sales history. Provide outstanding customer service by keeping customers informed about their orders. Collaborate with sales, technical services, and production teams to resolve customer inquiries and complaints. Accurately enter and maintain customer records and order statuses in our systems. Uphold a professional manner in all customer interactions. Participate in training to enhance your skills and knowledge. Adhere to health and safety protocols in the workplace. Be flexible with working hours to meet deadlines. Adapt to new technologies and methods as introduced by the company.
