McGinley are looking for an experienced 360 Excavator Operator to join our groundworks team on a busy paving and infrastructure project. The ideal candidate will be confident operating machinery in tight spaces and have experience in excavation, drainage, kerbing, and sub-base preparation .
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Operating a 360 excavator to carry out groundwork activities
✔ Excavating, grading, and levelling for paving and drainage installations
✔ Digging trenches for ducting, drainage, and kerbing
✔ Assisting with lifting operations and safe material handling
✔ Working around live underground utilities with precision
✔ Ensuring health & safety standards are met at all times
✔ Supporting the team with groundworks tasks when required
Requirements:
✅ CPCS/NPORS 360 Excavator Ticket Above and below 10tn
✅ Experience in groundworks, paving, and drainage
✅ Proven ability to work safely around live services
✅ Full UK Driving Licence (Preferred)
