About the Role:
As a key member of our team, you will oversee a growing portfolio of Vehicle Solutions customer accounts, ensuring they are managed effectively and in line with agreed SLAs. You'll be responsible for maintaining high standards of customer interaction and providing an exceptional experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process Management:
o Ensure accurate data input of vehicle documents within agreed time scales.
o Efficiently file vehicle documents and process daily post.
o Book units at multiple Vehicle Solutions locations.
o Use multiple external customer databases and systems.
o Coordinate with various Vehicle Solutions and auction sites for smooth unit transitions.
* Customer Service:
o Handle general customer enquiries efficiently via face-to-face, telephone, and email interactions.
o Develop and maintain excellent relationships with our vendors.
o Be the first point of contact for a portfolio of customers, ensuring high-standard administration processes within SLAs.
o Enhance the customer experience through effective communication with key customers.
What We're Looking For:
* Experience: Working within rigid regulations and procedures, and in customer-facing roles resolving queries and complaints.
* Customer Service Skills: Excellent skills to manage the customer handover experience on-site.
* Administration Skills: Strong administration skills with a keen eye for detail and accurate data entry.
* Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Adaptability: Ability to use initiative, be flexible, and react quickly to changes.
* Team Player: Work effectively as part of a team to ensure successful delivery of sales.
* Time Management: Strong organisational skills to manage workload under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
