Description The key responsibilities for the EA role are: Strategic Calendar Management: Organise and manage the CEO's calendar, ensuring alignment with key priorities and business objectives. Meeting Coordination: Schedule, prepare agendas, and provide thorough follow-up for internal and external meetings, including board meetings. Communication Hub: Serve as the primary point of contact for the CEO, handling correspondence, calls, and inquiries with professionalism. Travel Arrangements: Coordinate complex travel itineraries, ensuring seamless logistics for domestic and international trips. Document Preparation: Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and briefs for meetings and strategic initiatives. Stakeholder Liaison: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners on behalf of the CEO. Communication Skills: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail. Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, G-Suite, and other relevant tools.
