The Role at a Glance
We’re looking for a proactive, experienced Pre-Construction Manager to take the lead in our Estimating and Pre-Construction functions. This is a role with real responsibility—you’ll be managing a team, driving projects forward, and ensuring everything runs smoothly from pre-construction through to project execution. What You’ll Be Doing
* Supporting Sales: Work alongside the Director, Design Manager, Estimating, and Project teams to ensure all bid inputs are completed on time and within budget.
* Managing DO/PCSA Agreements: Oversee and coordinate these agreements to keep projects moving in the right direction.
* Smooth Project Handovers: Work with the Project Manager to ensure seamless transitions from pre-construction to execution.
* Client Representation: Be the face of the business, representing us professionally and building trust with clients.
* Client Engagement: Lead communications during the pre-construction phase and foster strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
This role is key to our success, and while these are your core responsibilities, we’re looking for someone who can adapt and take on additional tasks as needed to keep the business moving forward.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
* Strong client-facing and communication skills—you’ll be the one setting the tone with clients.
* A solid background in Pre-Contract Management, with a relevant degree (or equivalent experience).
* Experience preparing tender submissions and managing a team.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
* The ability to build strong, effective relationships both internally and externally
