This role is dynamic and requires a candidate who is passionate about digital within a rapidly growing business. The successful candidate will be experienced in and be highly organised, and a clear and confident communicator. They must be self-motivated and driven to help a rapidly growing business succeed.
Key Responsibilities
1. Establish and drive the digital and web strategy for Quorn Stone.
2. Monitor, analyse, and report on KPIs, including traffic, conversion rate, average order value, and bounce rate.
3. Establish and work with the digital agency on the SEO optimised content across the websites including blog content.
4. Support the marketing manager and digital agency on paid marketing activities.
5. Manage digital merchandising of the Quorn Stone websites, ensuring accuracy and consistency in product data, imagery and copy.
6. Liaise with the purchasing team on technical product information, discontinuations and stock levels.
7. Manage and optimise product listings on our Shopify-powered website.
8. Review and optimise website content periodically including FAQs, operational content and business-focused content including careers pages.
9. Collaborate with the marketing team to promote key campaigns and strategies on the Quorn Stone websites.
10. Provide insights on customer behaviour and optimise based on learnings.
11. Work with the wider marketing team to ensure content is engaging, SEO-optimised, and consistent with the brand.
12. Oversee and deliver SEO optimised content across the websites including blog content.
13. Review and optimise websites against competitors.
14. Review and improve UX across the Quorn Stone websites.
15. Support marketing team with traffic-driving initiatives.
16. Work with the business and external agencies to deliver best-in-class digital marketing activities.
Required Skillset
1. Minimum 3 years experience in ecommerce/digital roles
2. Excellent verbal and written skills
3. Organised and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
4. Knowledge of Search Engine Optimisation

Hours: Monday – Friday from our state-of-the-art Head Office in Loughborough. We value flexibility and are open to discussing work arrangements.
