Part-Time Accounts Assistant - 3 days - Hybrid
Your new company
Our client, a well-established Architectural firm based in the City of London, is looking to recruit a Part-Time Accounts Assistant on a temporary basis to assist with Year End.
Your new role
The successful candidate will report to the Head Of Finance and work in a team of 4. The main duties will include maintaining the purchase ledger function, credit card reconciliation, intercompany reconciliation, and processing expenses for the designers. Applicants will be able to work 3 days a week on a hybrid basis (1 day in the office and 2 at home). The client is flexible on the days worked.
Duties
1. Working across at least two of our three entities (UK studio, US studio + Collection)
2. Reconciling entries in Xero
3. Assisting with banking in Barclays and/or Chase
4. Intercompany reconciliation + invoices
5. Credit card reconciliation and chasing cardholders for receipts
6. Uploading, checking and publishing invoices/expenses from Dext into Xero
7. Reconciling payments received by clients and suppliers in Xero's AR + AP ledger
