Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 FTE

Were looking for a proactive and detail-oriented People & Culture Administrator to join our friendly and supportive team on a part-time basis. If you have experience in a fast-paced HR environment, ideally within the education or technology sectors, this is a fantastic opportunity to develop your HR skills. You'll provide vital HR administration support, assist with employee relations and wellbeing, payroll, health & safety, and various HR projects.

The Role
As People & Culture Administrator youll play a key role in ensuring smooth HR operations. Reporting to the People & Culture Team Manage, youll collaborate with Payroll, Finance, and Operations teams.
This is an office-based role, working 30 hours over 5 days.
Your Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team.
Handle internal and external HR-related queries.
Coordinate health & safety documentation and training.
Assist with payroll and benefits administration.
Support employee relations and wellbeing initiatives.
This role will suit you if you:
Have an HR-related qualification or relevant work experience (essential)
Have knowledge of employment law and HR/payroll practices (essential)
Understand the importance of confidentiality in HR matters
Have strong administrative and organisational skills
Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
Have excellent attention to detail
Are highly proficient in MS Word and Office 365
Have strong written and verbal communication skills
Are proactive, customer-focused, and collaborative
Are flexible, enthusiastic, and keen to learn
