Job Description
We are looking for a Dealer Marketing Consultant to work with our automotive client.
The overall purpose of the role is to manage and improve levels of dealer engagement and marketing performance across the dealer network and provide a consultancy service. You’ll be working around the UK, responsible for defined territories (around the South West), communicating with dealerships on a daily basis to provide a high-quality service and visiting dealerships throughout the quarter.
THE ACCOUNT
You will be working with one of our largest clients who we are proud to be responsible as the lead creative and strategic agency. Within the account there is a;
* Communications team that deals with developing and delivering integrated campaigns on all car models
* Dealer marketing team which manages all marketing relationships within the UK
* Aftersales team
* Used Car team
Between these areas, we deliver all the ATL and Retail communications campaigns and work with the client’s partner agencies in CRM, Digital and Events to deliver integrated campaigns.
Creatively we work with a combination of primarily created work, adapted work from centrally developed assets and primarily developed amplification activity.
THE ROLE
The role will involve the following:
* Dealer Marketing Plans
* Focus Dealer Support
* New Dealer Launches
* Dealer Compliance
* Ad-Hoc requests and Best Practice
* Supplier management
* Network wide campaigns
* Call tracking
* Compliancy & engagement tracking
THE CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following capabilities:
* Have strong marketing knowledge either from experience or a qualification
* Experience working in a dealership or a similar role
* Experience or interest in the automotive industry
* Ability to demonstrate a creative approach to problem solving
* Clear understanding of brand and product deve lopment
You'll also need to have a UK driver's license and must be happy to travel to the dealerships regularly and to our office in London as and when required.
