The role has a number of Direct Head of Department reports and will oversee the hotel operations to ensure all guest expectations are met, through the delivery of consistently high standards of service as well as having strong commercial awareness to drive revenue and profitability.
* Recent experience in a similar role and property either as a Hotel Manager, Deputy General Manager or Hotel Operations Manager.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, inspire and develop a team and excellent communication skills.
* A service orientated approach, a passion for high standards and the ability to drive the property and team from strength to strength.
* A strong commercial focus and excellent knowledge of the competitor set in order to develop the business further
