Ensure that all relevant case notes are available at the start of the clinic. Book in patients for clinics held in allocated work area for each shift. Confirm with patient and update demographic information on relevant booking in system. Answer enquiries from either members of the public or staff, whether by telephone or in person.
For outpatient clinics, update KOMS system with outcome and procedure codes for each patient. Book interpreters as required following Trust process. Make follow up appointments as required. To provide cover during periods of absence.
