Position: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Engagement Assistant to be based at our Fort William campus. Responsibilities: The post holders will be responsible for working on a busy reception where you will be the welcoming face of the campus for students, staff, customers and visitors, as well as responding to a wide range of enquiries and supporting students when required. The role will also include a range of administrative support for Curriculum and support teams, as well as supporting the Engagement Lead in college engagement activity. Qualifications, Experience and Skills: The suitable candidates will have previous experience of working in a busy front line customer service environment as well as extensive administrative experience and possess excellent IT skills, and be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office. The successful candidate must be able to work flexibly when needed. The role will suit someone who is well organised, has excellent communication skills and attention to detail, and the ability to work on their own initiative. A level of Gaelic ability would be advantageous to your application.
