Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? We’re excited to offer an opportunity to join our front-of-house team at our prestigious High Wycombe site as a Customer Experience Advisor.
About the Role
As a Customer Experience Advisor, you’ll be the welcoming face of our High Wycombe location, providing personalized support to our customers across multiple channels—phone, email, and face-to-face. You’ll ensure that each customer feels valued and confident, knowing their vehicle is in expert hands.
Key Responsibilities:
* Overseeing the complete customer experience journey, including managing complaints and resolutions.
* Handling bookings, coordinating vehicle collections, and arranging returns.
* Delivering a fast, efficient service to insurers and customers alike.
* Maintaining organized and accurate customer files, building rapport along the way.
* Updating systems and customer portals to ensure accurate records.
* Handling inbound and outbound phone and email inquiries.
* Meeting individual and team targets, with customer satisfaction as a top priority.
* Assisting with vehicle movement on the forecourt as needed.
Working Hours:
* 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
* One in every three Saturdays, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.
About You
We’re seeking a Customer Experience Advisor with prior customer service experience, ideally with some familiarity in the automotive repair industry.
Key Skills and Attributes:
* Outstanding communication skills, both in person and through phone and email.
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* Proficiency in administration and experience with systems like MS Office.
* A team player who can also work independently to meet targets.
* Good local knowledge for coordinating transport and logistics.
