Personal Assistant/ Office Assistant Role We are a small, family-run office looking for a highly organised and responsible assistant to join our team. You will work on a variety of tasks relating to the day to day running of the office as well as efficiently supporting and looking after the diaries of a key team members. Experience in diary management and Office Applications (word, outlook, excel) is preferable but not essential as full training will be given to the right candidate. A summary of the duties include: Diary management Dictation Meeting and greeting guests and organising the booking of rooms Setting up of lunches/events/meeting rooms Answering telephones and being first point of contact Filing/archiving/printing/scanning/photocopying Organisation of both outgoing and incoming post Ordering taxis/couriers Ordering of books/tickets/subscriptions/memberships and various other ad-hoc items Ordering general office and stationary supplies Liaising with various contractors/suppliers/engineers in relation to the general running of the office Sourcing quotes for and organisation of remedial works for building Liaising with the office tenants Health & Safety checks for the office Paying and recording invoices for the office and accountants Keeping contact details up to date on the company database Managing the familys personal house (utilities, repairs etc) Benefits (upon passing probation period): Private health insurance Season ticket loan Death in Service Income Protection Job type: Permanent Office based Hours; Tuesday-Friday, 8.30am-5.30pm
