A leading provider of insurance-based wealth solutions is seeking to appoint an Assistant Company Secretary / Account Manager.
In this role you will prepare for Board Meetings, ensure compliance with all corporate regulatory insurance requirements / laws, and provide confidential company secretarial and general administration support within the company secretarial function.
Our client is looking for a candidate with 2 years' experience within the finance industry, specifically in a Company Secretarial role, with experience in Board Intelligence and Diligent platforms, as well as experience in Guernsey Company Registry and GFSC on-line portals.
You will need excellent time management skills, be a self-starter with the ability to work independently, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
