Are you looking for a new and exciting Project Management role?
We're looking for someone with the skills and flexibility to deliver high quality project management to support Outcomes Based Contract.
This role will work closely with our Head of Service Development, Commissioners, and third sector partners to plan and deliver improvements.
The Project Manager will need to have effective communication skills to work across the system and facilitate progress with key stakeholders. Enthusiastic about improving patient care, the role needs to have the ability to work flexibly across our services in community health, mental health, and our corporate services.
We are looking for someone who has experience in leading service improvement and change, project management, and delivery. You need to be positive and self-motivated, as well as possess the ability to challenge and influence to bring others with you to enable effective and sustainable change.
There'll be a variety of specific pieces of work and responsibilities, including:
1. The set up and delivery of specific discrete projects within the overall programme to achieve the strategic objectives; developing and owning a suite of project management documents including but not limited to project briefs, project plans, risk and issue logs, and ensuring projects are delivered in line with OHFT project management framework.
2. Actively engaging, influencing, and working collaboratively with colleagues and partners to support the delivery of the programme, including coordinating and leading complex activities.
3. Completing work and undertaking analysis to support programme delivery.
4. Monitoring programme delivery and developing update reports for a variety of project groups, Commissioners, and Boards.
