Spanish and Italian speaking Technical Support

Main duties:
* Deliver confident and effective first-line technical support to international clients.
* Assist customers with technical issues remotely and provide them with effective solutions to ensure a positive outcome.
* Troubleshoot hardware issues.
* Escalate calls with advanced technical queries to the appropriate team.
* Arrange for the replacement of faulty hardware to be delivered to the customer.
* Schedule site visits with the field service team.
* Provide exceptional customer service.
The candidate:
* Fluent in Spanish and Italian (written and spoken).
* Problem-solving and excellent communication skills.
* IT literate and computer savvy.
* Pro-active, confident, and dynamic personality.
