Your new role:
10. Handling incoming calls, orders and general enquires.
11. Ensuring that all inbound emails are addressed within a timely manner.
12. Dealing with any orders from sales to delivery
13. Process next-day delivery requests within the required time scales
14. Dealing with and processing any incoming customer information.
15. Creating and updating customer files.
16. Handling customer complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction.
What you’ll need to succeed:
17. MUST speak fluent French.
18. Excellent PC skills are required.
19. Proven Customer Service experience is essential
20. You will be an excellent communicator with strong attention to detail.
21. Must be confident and have excellent interpersonal skills
22. Experience in a busy and pressurised environment would be advantageous.
