Prospero Teaching are looking to place a FULL TIME Teacher of Computer Science into a GOOD rated school in Bournemouth. The role is initially on a supply basis but there is the possibility for a contracted role for the right candidate. Remuneration is at the discretion of the School; however, we would push for UPS.
The ideal teacher must:
1. Ideally QTS
2. Have experience working full-time as a secondary teacher in the UK
3. Be committed to the school and students
4. Passionate about teaching
5. Be able to work 8.30-4pm, full-time
6. Good Safeguarding Knowledge
CONTRACT/POSITION DETAILS
Location: Various locations across Dorset
Position: Supply Teacher
Type of work: Supply Teacher - day to day and long term cover in various schools
Start date: ASAP
Duration / Likely Duration: Day to day bookings, with the potential for extension depending on schools
End date (if applicable): N/A
Contract type: Temporary
Full time/part time: Part time and full time depending on schools needs
Minimum rate of pay: Minimum rate GBP172 per day
Hours: 8:30 am - 4pm (full day), half day (am or pm), individual lesson cover
EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS
1. QTS, QTLS, PGCE, EYFS or equivalent
2. Previous experience working in a UK school
3. Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year (desirable however not essential)
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:
1. Hold Right to Work in the UK
2. Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
3. Provide two professional child related references that cover the last two years
