What Youll Do: Develop and implement a global HSE strategy, ensuring compliance across all sites. Lead and influence directors, managers, and teams to foster a proactive safety culture. Drive continuous improvement, enhancing health, safety, and environmental standards. Oversee audits, inspections, and incident investigations, ensuring root cause analysis and corrective actions. Ensure compliance with ISO14001 and ISO45001 standards, leading certification audits. Develop and deliver HSE training programs, enhancing awareness and compliance. Represent the company at external forums and liaise with regulatory bodies. What Were Looking For: Qualifications: NEBOSH Level 6 Diploma (or equivalent). Experience: 10 years in HSE, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within manufacturing. Expertise: Strong knowledge of ISO14001, ISO45001, OSHA regulations, and HSE best practices. Leadership: Proven ability to drive cultural change and continuous improvement. Communication: Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
