We are looking for a Paid Social Exec to work for an exciting vibrant Media Agency in Manchester its hybrid work with 2 days a week WFH Job Role Paid Social Exec You’ll play a key role in planning, activating and optimising paid social campaigns across a range of platforms. Your efforts will be pivotal in driving targeted traffic, generating leads/sales, and maximising conversions. Responsibilities: Plan, set up and optimise Paid Social campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn. Ensure exceptional campaign performance and deliver high ROI for clients. Set up campaigns to align with client objectives and establish measures to achieve KPIs. Use analytics and tracking tools such as Google Analytics and Tag Manager to monitor performance and uncover insights. Provide training and development in areas where you possess advanced knowledge. Develop monthly reports and effectively communicate campaign results to senior management. Continuously test and learn through A/B testing across creative, audience and format variations to drive results. Develop strong client relationships by providing exceptional service and promptly addressing any concerns or issues. Act as a key point of contact for campaign updates, performance discussions and troubleshooting. Requirements Minimum of 3 years experience in a Paid Social role, ideally within an agency environment. Hands-on experience planning and managing Paid Social campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn. Experience working with eCommerce brands, ideally in the beauty or lifestyle sectors, is a bonus, but not essential. Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret performance data and turn insights into actionable improvements. Passionate about Paid Social, with a keen understanding of what makes campaigns perform. Exposure to other digital channels such as Google Ads, Bing, or Programmatic is a bonus, but not essential. Customer-first thinking – able to consider the digital journey from the user’s perspective. A track record of delivering campaigns that drive meaningful results for clients. A confident communicator who can build strong relationships and clearly present ideas or updates. Collaborative and proactive, with a friendly attitude and a genuine enthusiasm for great digital work. You’ll be part of a supportive and passionate team working across exciting brands.
