Key Responsibilities:
* Represent Landlords and Tenants in all lease-related transactions
* Lead sale and acquisition of commercial properties from start to finish
* Draft property-related documents and provide legal advice
* Collaborate with the team on asset/share sales and acquisitions
* Guide clients through Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 matters
* Oversee re-mortgaging of commercial properties
* Advise small-scale developers on land acquisition and new-build sales
What We’re Looking For:
Essential Experience:
* At least 8 years PQE in property law, handling complex transactions with confidence
* Proven ability to work autonomously and manage high-value cases
* Excellent communication skills, ensuring clients are always informed and confident in your guidance
✨ Desirable:
* Experience in both residential and commercial property is a plus
* Mergers and acquisitions experience would be an asset, but not a requirement
