If you are a dynamic HR Professional, qualified to a minimum of CIPD Level 5 and have previous HR/BP/Advisor experience in fast-paced Manufacturing or Engineering Industries, we need to hear from you.
We need applicants who have ER and Stakeholder experience to work closely with all business areas (Teams, Managers & Key Stakeholders) to help build organization and people capability. You will shape and implement effective people strategies and activities to ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time, helping the business deliver its strategy.
In addition to the basic salary of £40,000 - £42,000 per annum, our client offers a huge catalogue of benefits (which can be discussed at the application stage).
This is an operational role, where you will be a trusted HR Advisor, building credible and influential relationships while being able to challenge decisions & behaviors.
Working with the HR Team to ensure a shared and cohesive training and service delivery is consistent and adequate is essential.
