Annual Compensation Range: $65,000-$75,000

Responsibilities:
Maintenance Technician responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1. Perform routine maintenance for a variety of automated systems, analytical, lab, and manufacturing equipment.
2. Maintain a preventative maintenance schedule for inspecting, servicing, and testing lab equipment and automated systems.
3. Diagnose and repair equipment failures, install replacement parts.
4. Construct parts using machine shop instruments.
5. Use a variety of tools for completing assigned maintenance tasks and work orders.
6. Follow procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
7. Log performed maintenance tasks through Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
8. Install and assemble new machines and automated systems.
9. Conduct upkeep and monitor building systems.
10. Perform routine maintenance tasks to include painting, electrical, plumbing, carpentry; maintenance tasks do not involve property maintenance such as landscaping.
11. Identify and maintain inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies.
Skills & Requirements:
1. 2 years of experience in one or more of the building trades.
2. High school diploma with successful completion of a vocational school suitable though more complex tasks may require additional licenses.
3. Strong mechanical and manufacturing experience.
4. Proven experience in abiding by safety requirements and ability to operate and enforce all safety guidelines in a clean room and laboratory environment.
5. Time management, prioritizing, attention to detail skills.
6. Good written documentation and verbal skills.
7. Ability to work on a ladder up to 10-12 feet.
8. Available to work at times before and after typical office hours and act competently in emergencies if needed.
9. Valid driver’s license.
