British Gymnastics has the following permanent full-time post: Head National Coach - Trampoline 37 Hours per week Salary dependent upon experience 39 days annual leave (including Bank Holiday and Company days) salary sacrifice pension scheme 2 well-being days a year weekly exercise and wellbeing hours This is a dual-based role working from home and at our Lilleshall head offices, near Newport, Shropshire. Flexibility in working hours and locations, including international travel, will be needed to meet the requirements of this role. Role Summary It is primarily a leadership role that seeks to gather a community of practice towards success - success that will see medals at major competitions, including the Olympic Games, and be won as an intended consequence of our Collective Accountability approach that is people-centred, performance-focused and empowering for coaches, gymnasts and support staff alike. This role is critical to our World-Class Programme (WCP) plan that aims to deliver success in Los Angeles 2028 and Brisbane 2032 and beyond and has been created with reference to the Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport and Physical Activity (CIMSPA) Professional Standard for Coaching in High-Performance Environments. The Person This role is a significant leadership challenge. Whilst a detailed understanding of the technical demands is important, the role will be one of leading a community of high-performance coaches and gymnasts to achieve great things and to love being part of a collective process. As such, we are seeking a brilliant individual who can represent our Head National Coach framework.
