Main Purpose of the Job Reporting to the VP of Marketing for IT Services, the holder of this role will be responsible for the development, design and execution of go-to-market plans that directly contribute measurable qualified leads and sales pipeline to grow the new license revenue performance. Responsibility includes business unit marketing planning and execution, event team management, marketing operations and channel and influencer programs. Additionally, the position is responsible for providing direct feedback on the most appropriate vehicles to drive brand awareness, uncover business opportunity and influence key stakeholders in our chosen markets. The key objective of this role is to manage the field marketing activities and campaign execution for the IT Services market, working closely with the sales team. This role places particular emphasis on campaign execution responsible for and working closely with the wider marketing team and interfacing with the Inside Sales Team. What You Will Be Doing Manages demand generation campaign activities. Responsible for leading the development, production and implementation of strategic demand generation programs that position the Company and its products in high visibility with customers, partners, prospects and influencers. Serves as liaison between the Marketing, Business Development & Sales functions and external suppliers. In conjunction with Business Development, shares responsibility for the attainment of sales volume (leads) and financial goals (conversions), including profitability with targeted lead generation campaigns. Partner marketing and partner liaison. Identifies, recommends and manages third party resources as required. Key Performance Indicators: Achievement of clearly stated objectives in terms of target number of MELs (Marketing Engaged Leads), MQLs (Marketing Qualified Leads), SQLs (Sales Qualified Leads) and Marketing Orientated Sales bookings per quarter/annually.
