Head of Sales Required for Regional Fixed Term Appointment for Private Care Homes. This is a newly created role, offering the opportunity to shape and lead the sales function for a portfolio of newly commissioned care homes in the Northern Home Counties. As the Head of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in building and driving a sales culture that aligns with the organisation's high standards of care. Reporting to the Director of Operations, your primary focus will be on developing and implementing a comprehensive sale and marketing strategies to maximise occupancy and revenue across the group's properties.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and deliver a dynamic sales and marketing strategy to achieve and exceed occupancy targets.
2. Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Customer Relationship Managers to enhance their performance and ensure exceptional customer engagement.
3. Build relationships with external stakeholders, partners, and influencers to generate interest and drive inquiries.
4. Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and adjust strategies accordingly.
