Ecommerce Optimisation Executive
Salary: £38,000
Location: Hybrid – 2 days a week in the Lewes office
Our client, a leading health and wellness brand, is looking for an Ecommerce Optimisation Executive to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in driving online performance and optimising the customer journey. Working closely with the Ecommerce Product Manager, you will be instrumental in enhancing the digital experience and maximising revenue through a data-driven approach.
The Ecommerce Optimisation Executive will:
* Monitor and analyse user behaviour using tools like GA4 and heatmaps to identify conversion opportunities.
* Manage daily website trading and content updates using Shopify and associated apps.
* Support the rollout of the eCommerce development and CRO optimisation roadmap.
* Collaborate with Marketing and Creative teams to manage briefs for website content.
* Work closely with Customer Care to resolve website-related queries and enhance user experience.
Essential Skills:
* Previous experience in eCommerce within a fast-paced digital environment.
* Strong analytical skills with experience in GA4, Hotjar, and A/B testing.
* Knowledge of Shopify and website merchandising.
* Understanding of UX best practices and data-driven decision-making.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
