Job Description
* Processing supplier invoices, matching to purchase orders and reconciling statements
* Ensuring timely payments to suppliers and resolving any discrepancies
* Maintaining accurate financial records and updating the purchase ledger
* Assisting with month-end procedures and reporting
* Liaising with suppliers and internal teams to resolve queries
* Supporting the finance team with additional administrative duties as required
* May be working towards an accountancy degree
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have experience as a Purchase Ledger Assistant and in the above and be on short notice.
