Excellent opportunity for a driven and highly organised team player to join our rapidly expanding consultancy business. The purpose of this full-time, permanent role is to bring operational rigour to our business, services, and client engagements, and to support the Client Operations Manager to deliver on team objectives. The Operations Team sits at the heart of the business and ensures that client services are delivered to the highest quality, internal policies and processes are followed, and strategic priorities are actioned. The Role Your role will be to manage client projects across our services to ensure that we are meeting expectations, timelines, and internal targets. You will have the opportunity to assist with developing processes and supporting our Heads of Practice in the day to day running of their teams but will provisionally be to support our Penetration Testing team. Your activities will include: Project Coordination Scheduling and facilitating project calls with clients and consultants Scheduling projects effectively, highlighting project milestones with key stakeholders Creating project plans Preparing and ensuring project SOWs are signed and agreed in advance of each project commencing Ensuring client and consultant prerequisites have been met Monitoring engagement progress and updating internal trackers Ensuring the full report sign off process has been met, and reports are delivered on time and securely Client Engagement Leading on project progress calls with the clients and consultants Tracking of project hours and highlighting concerns to key stakeholders Monitoring completeness of client management records (CMRs) Ensure that the client onboarding and offboarding processes are met and the client receives a smooth experience Understanding the client’s short term and long-term goals and work with the account manager to achieve them. The Person You will ideally have some experience in a coordinator type role but be comfortable in learning new skills in a fast-moving environment, be able to contribute to our growth and become a valued member of the team. You will require: A positive ‘can do’ attitude, firm commitment and willingness to add value Meticulous organisation and attention to detail Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams and stakeholders Strong analytical skills and ability to map challenges with solutions Competent in customer facing situations Competent in the use of office applications, such as Excel, Word, Team, and other common SaaS applications. Project Management, delivery management, scheduling or account management experience desirable but not essential. The Package The salary on offer will depend on experience and qualifications but will be between £25,000 and £35,000. We'll enrol you in our pension scheme and upon completion of probation you will qualify for additional benefits including private healthcare, life assurance and dental and optical cashback.
