A dedicated and ambitious Science Teacher with the capacity to take on a Teaching and Learning Responsibility (TLR) is required to join a thriving all-through academy in Wembley, London. This is a permanent, full-time position commencing in September. The successful candidate will inspire students aged 3 to 18 with a passion for science and contribute to the academy's commitment to high achievement for all. The TLR will be discussed based on the candidate's experience and the academy's needs. Responsibilities Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Science lessons across the full age range (Key Stages 1 to 5). Assess and monitor student progress in Science, providing effective feedback and support. Contribute to the development of the Science curriculum and resources across the academy. Undertake specific TLR responsibilities, contributing to the wider development of teaching and learning. Requirements Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Demonstrated experience teaching Science at the secondary level. Strong subject knowledge across a range of scientific disciplines.
