Executive talent sourcing involves the strategic identification and recruitment of high-level professionals to fulfill leadership roles with our client. This process encompasses the identification and assessment of candidates' qualifications, experience, and potential to ensure alignment with the company's goals and culture.
Reporting to the Executive Recruitment Lead you will manage the recruitment process for Managing Director (MD) hiring for Technology and Infrastructure.
Your primary responsibilities
1. Overseeing the recruitment of executive and confidential positions at the Managing Director level, from defining position requirements to managing complex offers, while fostering and maintaining strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
2. Working in close partnership with our external research firm to create and present market mapping and organizational charts to stakeholders, including members of the Management Board.
3. Developing direct sourcing capability for Technology and Infrastructure MD recruitment, meeting and speaking with prospective candidates both internal and externally.
4. Managing the Leadership Assessment process and overseeing the governance of global search firm suppliers.
5. Partnering with the Reward department to accurately evaluate compensation benchmarks, ensuring a fair and transparent process while remaining competitive.
6. Partnering and engaging executive search firms.
Your skills and experience
1. Proven recruitment experience within the financial services sector either in house at a financial institution, a recruitment process outsourcing company and or a recruitment consultancy/search firm, ideally from within technology/control functions/Infrastructure/corporate functions field.
2. Demonstrated experience in navigating a complex and matrixed environment, where the ability to influence is essential.
3. A proactive mindset coupled with strong networking and relationship management abilities.
4. Evident proficiency in stakeholder management, coupled with a strong capability to develop adaptable solutions while also possessing the discernment to challenge when necessary.
5. Exposure to complex compensation structures and search firm rates, caps, and terms.
6. Able to deal with ambiguity and analyse, present recruitment data and how this impacts the Banks strategy.
7. A unique opportunity to drive projects such as Employer Branding, Talent pipelining, Recruitment Innovation, Candidate Experience.
8. A track record of high performance and an ability to deliver excellent results consistently is key.
