Job Title: Operations Executive Intern
Reports to: Director of Operations
Location: Primarily Lord’s Cricket Ground (includes home and venue-based working)
Contract Term: Fixed Term Contract from April 1st – September 30th 2025.
Working hours will be an average of 3 working days per week across the length of the contract.
Purpose of the Job:
The Operations Executive will provide operational and administrative support to the Operations Manager and Director of Operations in order to ensure the efficient planning and organisation of (but not limited to) cricket operations, match day planning & preparation, and Club events.
Main duties;
• Liaise with the booking agent and hotels to confirm room allocations for Men’s and Women’s squads.
• Assist in communicating travel arrangements with coach operator and Men’s & women’s cricket staff in regard to timings and collection / drop offs.
• Liaise with venues in regard to catering requirements and liaise with oppositions and officials for their player catering and parking requirements
• Assist in managing the expense claims for the Men’s & Women’s Cricket Departments.
• Assist in the fulfilment, allocation and stock management of the Men’s & Women’s squad’s kit, plus assist in the delivery and fulfilment of staff, community and youth squads kit.
• Produce PMOA boards and manage player and coach accreditation via the ECB system for men’s and women’s squads.
• Maintain the men’s and women’s player and support staff contact records, internally and externally.
• Assist in co-ordinating requests from all departments regarding player appearances
• General office duties, including answering membership and spectator queries, assisting with Club events and match day ticketing.
• Assisting in the organisation and running of all home matches at venues away from Lord’s
• Onsite set up/close down at match day events and supporting the delivery of a match day experience for customers
• Other general administration duties as required
• Serve as Matchday manager for all women’s home matches throughout the season. Duties will include liaising with the match officials, away team, venue, and the Communications department to assist with the women’s social media accounts.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
• An understanding of Cricket is highly desirable
• Proficient in IT systems, especially Microsoft office and Teams.
• Highly organised and self-motivated
• Attention to detail

• Can-do attitude, flexible and adaptable
• Good communication and inter-personal skills
• Confidence working alone and as part of a team
• Willingness to work outside normal office hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Right to work in the UK
• Full driving license with use of a vehicle
