Voids and Works of Adaptations Technical officer – Fixed-Term (Maternity Cover) As we continue to grow, Tai Tarian is looking for a self-motivated, Voids and Works of Adaptations Technical officer to provide a proactive and effective service for the Voids and Works of Adaptation team. The role is a fixed-term contract covering maternity cover for 12 months with a starting salary of £33,215 a year, rising to £36,812 after key competencies of the role are met. Criteria for Role: To be successful in the role of, Voids and Works of Adaptations Technical officer you will have a Higher National Certificate or at least 5 years’ experience in a similar role. About the role The role of Voids and Works of Adaptations Technical officer is a pivotal role as you will lead in the co-ordination of both Void and WOA properties, and to assess, plan and provide the necessary information that is required to effectively deliver property related projects, working with internal stakeholders and contractors.
