The Global Supply Chain Trainee will work in different supply chain roles over an 18 month period, split into three six-month rotations on the job, normally in three different countries, in three different supply chain areas. During this period, the trainee will build international acumen by connecting with various Business Units and the Global Supply Chain Leadership Team.
Gain practical experience in supply chain excellence by working on challenging tasks, projects, and completing numerous trainings in an international environment. The program is designed to help the trainee develop on a personal and professional level and to understand the end-to-end supply chain processes, including the interdependencies and interconnectedness between different areas. The Global Supply Chain Trainee will gain industry-specific knowledge and leverage the experience of experts in different locations and Opcos.

Who we’re looking for:
1. Academic achievement: Strong technical academic background; Master’s in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or Business Administration.
2. Language: Strong proficiency in business English and local language.
3. Professional experience and passion: Maximum of one to two years of experience in supply chain, business administration, or manufacturing environments.
4. Global mobility and adaptability: Eagerness to take on global projects and temporary international relocation opportunities. Flexibility and ability to adapt to different cultures.
5. Proactive learners: Enjoyment in mastering complex concepts and applying learnings in practical ways.
6. Creative problem solvers: Ability to approach challenges creatively, thinking outside the box.
