The Business Development Representative is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating strong relationships with potential clients, and promoting Nu Vending’s tailored refreshment solutions. The successful candidate will be a proactive, results-driven individual with a strong understanding of B2B sales, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for building meaningful client partnerships.

Objectives
* Identify and secure high quality, strategic business opportunities.
* Contribute to business revenue growth and achieve personal sales targets.
* Develop business processes and strategies to enhance lead generation and conversion.
* Manage and onboard new clients, ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
The BDR role is ideal for someone passionate about sales, capable of overcoming challenges, and determined to win. Responsibilities will include, but are certainly not limited to:
New Business Development
* Identify and research potential clients, particularly businesses relocating, expanding, or modernising their offices in London.
* Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and strategic outreach.
* Develop tailored proposals and presentations to meet client needs and highlight Nu Vending’s value proposition.
* Schedule and conduct meetings with key decision-makers to present Nu Vending’s offerings.
Client Relationship Management
* Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing clients.
* Understand client requirements and customise solutions to align with their workplace culture and objectives.
* Serve as the main point of contact, ensuring smooth onboarding and continued client satisfaction.
* Work closely with the operations and product teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
Sales Strategy & Execution
* Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns that support business growth.
* Track and manage sales activities using CRM tools, providing regular reports on progress, forecasts, and pipeline development.
* Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
* Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and use market insights to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies.
Requirements
* Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
* 1-2+ years of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or recruitment/sourcing.
* Proven history of achievement whether that be in sports or other activities.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Fluent in English and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Full UK Driving license.
