As a Sales Advisor based in Sheffield you’ll be responsible for:
1. Assisting customers at the trade counter by understanding their specific needs and providing product recommendations.
2. Handling customer enquiries via phone and email with a positive, proactive attitude, building strong customer relationships and ensuring excellent customer service.
3. Completing general warehouse duties, including picking and packing orders, organising deliveries and merchandising displays to a high standard.
This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday between 8am - 5pm and 1 in 3 Saturdays 8am – 12pm (paid overtime).
