About the Role:
As a Special Needs Teaching Assistant, you'll provide tailored support to help children overcome barriers to learning and reach their potential.

Key Responsibilities:
Support the class teacher to deliver engaging lessons.
Provide one-to-one and small-group assistance.
Offer behaviour and pastoral support.
Foster strong, positive relationships with students.
Adapt your approach to meet individual needs.
Safeguard the well-being of all students.
Participate in staff meetings and ongoing training (CPD).

Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM, term time only.
