Customer Service Executive 12 month temporary contract Location: Hybrid (2 days at home, 3 days in-office) Salary: £25,000 Hours: Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours per week (flexible between 8 AM and 6 PM) About the Role Dynamite Recruitment is proud to be working with a leading company in search of an experienced Customer Service Executive. This is an exciting role where you will manage various client enquiries and develop relationships with business customers. No two enquiries will be the same, offering a dynamic and engaging work environment. As a Customer Service Executive, your duties will include: Assisting customers with various enquiries via phone and email Managing client accounts and relationships Handling customer communication from initial contact through to resolution Addressing and resolving customer complaints when required Liaising with third parties and internal departments to support each customer enquiry Transferring calls to the relevant departments as needed Completing a variety of administrative tasks Skills & Experience: The ideal candidate will: Have previous telephone-based customer service or call centre experience Demonstrate strong communication skills Be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines Have excellent administration skills and attention to detail Be able to multitask effectively and manage competing priorities Be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook Interested?
