We are seeking a dedicated and experienced SEN Specialist to join our dynamic team in Ware.

Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored support to students with various SEN, including ASD, ADHD, and speech & language needs.
- Collaborate with classroom teachers to create and adapt lesson plans to meet individual learning styles.
- Implement EHCPs (Education, Health and Care Plans) and monitor progress through regular assessments.
- Partner with parents, carers, and external agencies to take a holistic approach to students' development.
- Deliver interventions that enable students to access the curriculum fully.
Requirements:
- Prior experience working with children with SEN in an educational setting.
- Strong understanding of the SEND Code of Practice and inclusive education best practices.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and staff.
- A relevant qualification in education or SEN (e.g., Level 3 SEN Teaching Assistant, PGCE, or equivalent).
- Patience, empathy, and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
