We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Assistant Site Manager to work under our existing Site Manager on our Rowde campus. There will be times when travel to our other sites in Chippenham and Trowbridge will be required.
THE ROLE
You will be working with a supportive team and have a genuine passion for working with students with learning difficulties.
The main duties of the role are, key holding, locking/unlocking, compliance including legionella, COSHH, asbestos and fire Safety, repair and maintenance, assisting with contractors on site, vehicle checks, porterage, room preparation for meetings and lettings, helping to uphold the health and safety of all users of the school.
There may be some occasional weekend work required and possibility of additional Adhoc hours. This is a physical demanding role.

Grade F scale Pay award pending.
£13.02 -£13.69 per hour or Salary £25,119 - £26,421 per year dependent on experience.
TERMS
Working hours - 37 hours per week
10am - 6pm 4 days a week
10.30am - 6pm 1 day a week
Working weeks - 52 per year with 26 days annual leave, plus bank holidays.
To work mainly at our Rowde campus in Devizes (SN10, 2QQ), but may need to travel to other Silverwood Sites.
