Description
* Manage and oversee all financial operations within the property department.
* Create financial reports and provide strategic recommendations based on financial analysis.
* Implement and maintain financial policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
* Manage budgeting and forecasting processes.
* Manage risk assessment and coordinate various activities to facilitate operational efficiency.
* Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
* Work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
* Perform other relevant duties as needed.
Profile
* A degree in Finance, Accounting or similar field.
* Professional certification such as ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent.
* Proven experience in financial management and budgeting.
* Expertise in financial software and databases.
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent leadership and team management skills.
* Proficiency in financial forecasting and risk management.
* Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Job Offer
* Salary range between £60,000 - £65,000 per annum.
