An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the small nursing team delivering care to patients with Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD: Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis).
This is an interesting and varied post involving face to face as well as remote care, primarily in the coordination of IBD nurse interventions.
