Main Duties / Key Responsibilities: - Assist in the development and maintenance of health and safety policies and procedures. - Maintain and update health and safety records, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. - Manage incident reporting systems and follow-up on corrective actions. - Compile and distribute regular safety performance reports. - Deal with day-to-day H&S enquires, escalate to external consultants as and when required - Ensure all health and safety documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and properly stored. - Track employee records and ensure certifications are up to date - Assist in conducting risk assessments and audits, ensuring that action points are addressed. - Coordinate with external auditors or inspectors during compliance checks. - Help coordinate H&S meetings. Lead meetings with time served - Once fully trained, the H&S Administrator would deliver training and toolbox talks Job Dimension / Scope: The Health & Safety Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the efficient implementation and monitoring of health and safety programs across the business.
