The Opportunity
You will pro-actively manage and prioritise the daily workload of the Stock Controllers, communicating actions to relevant stakeholders to achieve KPIs in line with expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Supply chain Manager with regards to departmental objectives, Daily and weekly waste reporting. New product launch material schedules, Product delists and material risks. Minimum order quantity issues, ensuring robust processes are developed and adhered to.
* Working closely with Operations Management to Implement processes and controls that support one way of working across all areas and developing Key KPIs to measure material supply performance against the production plan.
* Work with management teams to support the development of new systems, processes and working practices relating to Material scheduling.
* To work closely with key stakeholders and assist with day-to-day actions of these areas to facilitate adherence to plan and minimise disruption.
* Ensure all Stock controllers are developing at the same rate and intensity, and new practices are embedded as common and standardised processes.

* Previous management experience in a similar role
* Knowledge of managing absence, performance & conduct issues
* Extensive knowledge of MRP/ERP systems
* Intermediate/Advanced in Planning systems, Power BI, Excel
