We are seeking an experienced and skilled Panel Beater to join our team in Slough, Berkshire. As a Panel Beater, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring vehicle bodywork to a high standard, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. You will work within a dynamic, fast-paced environment and play a key role in maintaining the quality and integrity of vehicle repairs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Repair and replace damaged panels, doors, bumpers, and other bodywork components of vehicles.
* Use a range of hand and power tools, such as hammers, grinders, and welding equipment, to restore vehicles to original condition.
* Assess and inspect vehicles to identify the extent of damage and determine the best repair method.
* Straighten, fill, and smooth out dents, scratches, and other imperfections in body panels.
* Carry out structural and mechanical repairs where necessary.
* Maintain a clean and organized workshop environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
* Communicate with customers to provide progress updates on their vehicle repairs.
