The College is offering a hugely exciting opportunity for two aspiring teachers to work towards Qualified Teacher Status at our school. This experience will give them the necessary knowledge and understanding to go on to a rewarding and fulfilling career in teaching.
The successful candidates will be outstanding graduates who can contribute to our high-quality extra-curricular programme. A qualification or interest in at least one of the College’s core sports would be advantageous: Hockey, Rugby, Netball, Cricket, Athletics, Tennis, Swimming.
A proactive approach to engaging with young people is essential. The role offers great opportunities for personal and professional development in a College that aspires to be the market leader in all areas of school life. A proactive attitude to INSET training is encouraged and supported by the College.
PGCE students will have the opportunity to play an active role in the running of the boarding houses as well as take part in leave-weekend activities.
