About the Company:
Our client, a highly regarded and growing contractor based Northwest London, is currently seeking an experienced and organised Administrator to join their team in Harrow. With a strong portfolio of long-term projects in the region, this company offers a dynamic and supportive work environment. Due to continued growth and a busy project schedule, they are looking to bring in a key team member to help maintain the smooth operation of day-to-day administration across multiple refurbishment contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to project teams, ensuring smooth communication and coordination
* Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional and timely manner
* Organise and maintain project documentation, including contracts, permits, and reports
* Assist with the preparation of project reports, presentations, and other business documentation
* Handle general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing supplies
* Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients as needed to ensure the timely delivery of materials and services
* Support the management team with ad-hoc administrative duties as required
Key Requirements:
* Previous experience working within the construction industry
* Proven experience in an administration role
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* A proactive and reliable approach to work, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all administrative tasks
* Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
