This role is pivotal in identifying, optimising, and delivering improvements to collaboration tools and workflows, driving efficiency and maximising business impact. If you are interested in steering and leading a crucial Collaboration Enhancement Programme across all Sony Sports Businesses then this could be the ideal role for you Location: Basingstoke (hybrid) Job Type: 12-Month Fixed Term Contract Key Responsibilities: Establish a deep understanding of Sony Sports Businesses and their existing collaboration solutions, including Email, Calendar, Messaging, and Knowledge Base platforms. Analyse how current collaboration tools are used, identifying inefficiencies, integration gaps, and opportunities for improvement. Research, design, and propose a Collaboration Enhancement Programme that streamlines workflows and reduces inefficiencies, delivering measurable improvements. Gain consensus and secure approval, budget, and resources for the proposed programme. Oversee and drive the implementation of agreed collaboration enhancements within budget and timeline constraints. Develop and document a Collaboration Enhancement Programme Specification of Requirement Brief. Conduct research, pilots, and proof-of-concept projects to support programme development. Present a costed proposal with clear deliverables and expected benefits. Engage stakeholders and build business cases to drive decision-making at senior levels. Deliver the programme using allocated resources and within agreed timescales and cost parameters. What We're Looking For: Strong knowledge of networks, computer storage, cloud technologies, unified communications, data hosting, messaging, identity & access management, security, and end-user computing. Expertise in cloud platforms, and experience in migrating and merging them, including MS Azure, Intune, Entra, MS 365, Google Workspace, Confluence, Jira, and Slack. A problem-solving mindset with a passion for identifying and implementing innovative solutions. Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks. Strong communication skills, capable of translating technical complexities for both technical and non-technical audiences. Proven ability to build and present compelling business cases to senior stakeholders. Experience in synthesising large amounts of information to craft well-planned, high-impact proposals. Ability to navigate challenges and propose solutions that may require negotiation with different business units.
