You will be working at the brand new supported living development of 4 bungalows which will be opening soon, therefore be part of the new team.

What does this Support Worker job involve?
We are looking for caring and dynamic Support Workers who want to make a real difference and have the personal skills to be able to support these individuals with challenging behaviours and mental health needs.
Supported Living allows individuals to develop the life skills to live independently and maintain their homes. It challenges them to explore new opportunities and hobbies and find a pathway to independence in the community.
The people we support need colleagues who are:
• Patient, understanding and caring
• Energetic and like physical outdoor activities
• Flexible and have a positive ‘can always do’ attitude
• Able to communicate with different people using a variety of approaches
• Able to follow guidelines to help achieve a consistent approach
